Movie Trailer Monday: Good Omens, Game of Thrones, Tolkien, and Dark Phoenix

Terry Pratchett and Neil Gaiman’s Good Omens is finally getting an adaptation on Amazon Prime. The story centers around an angel, played by Michael Sheen, and a demon, played by David Tennant, who reluctantly  team up to stop Armageddon. Because they like the world too much to let it burn. From the trailer, it looks like Famine, one of the four horseman of the apocolypse, is played by The Originals alum Yusef Gatewood, which I think is perfect. As is the rest of the casting. Check out the trailer below.

Winter is here. We finally got a trailer for the final season of Game of Thrones! Premiering next month the epic series will be coming to an end and we will finally know who will sit on the Iron Throne. Will it be Danny? John? or someone else with out a legitimate blood claim? I guess we will soon find out.

The biopic Tolkien about the life of famous fantasy novelist and creator of Middlearth, J. R. R. Tolkien just got a trailer. The movie stars X-Men’s Nicholas Hoult as Tolkien and Lilly Collins as Edith Bratt, the young woman he falls in love with.

The next installment in the X-Men series is Dark Phoenix. Jean Grey’s full potential is revealed as she becomes the host to the Phoenix Force.

  1. I am 1,000% ready for Good Omens to come out. I plan on reading the book before watching the series, but OMG. I’ve been waiting for this for, like, a year, since Gaiman first started talking about it! I am NOT a patient person, so I’m slowly dying inside. xD But it looks so good! I’m sort of in love with David Tennant playing the demon lol.
